About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist (MSc) with a relational and systemic orientation. I lived in Germany (Berlin) for over a decade, and my professional journey began in diverse social contexts: prisons, community organizations, addiction centres, and projects supporting migrants and people in vulnerable situations. These experiences profoundly shaped the way I understand mental health and human suffering.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in how family systems, personal history, and cultural context influence each person’s life. While accompanying women through different stages of life, I started noticing patterns linked to the menstrual cycle—patterns that were rarely named or explored in therapy. This sparked my curiosity about the relationship between hormonal health and mental health, and led me to research Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), which became the focus of my master’s thesis. From that point onward, I couldn’t stop studying, training, and deepening my understanding of women’s hormonal health and the impact that the body and endocrinology have on our psychological wellbeing.

Today, I continue integrating these experiences into my clinical practice, combining a deep psychological perspective with knowledge of the body, its rhythms, and the processes that shape us throughout our lives.

Mi approach

In my practice, I accompany women, men, and adolescents who wish to begin a therapeutic process. Together, we create a safe space to explore what hurts, to make sense of your symptoms, and to understand what is happening in your life that may be contributing to how you feel. As in any therapeutic work, we attend both to the symptom and to the message it is trying to communicate, placing it within your personal history and your ways of relating to yourself and to others.

We also explore how your environment, social expectations, and cultural pressures shape the way you feel and connect.

For people who experience hormonal cycles, I integrate a cyclical and body-aware perspective, where we work not only with the mind but also with the body, emotions, and natural rhythms. This includes addressing aspects of hormonal health and a more holistic view of wellbeing.

From a somatic approach, I support you in reconnecting with your body so the symptom stops being an enemy and becomes a doorway into self-understanding. Together, we explore what you need—physically, emotionally, and relationally—to understand yourself with more compassion and to inhabit your rhythms with greater awareness.

As a clinical psychologist with a relational approach, I help you understand why certain patterns keep repeating or why parts of your past still influence your present.

Many of our thoughts, beliefs and reactions operate unconsciously — shaping how we behave, what we expect from others, and how we relate to ourselves. Bringing these unconscious dynamics to awareness allows you to take responsibility for your inner world, and from there, real and lasting change becomes possible.

How we begin

  • Enjoy a free 20-minute video call where we can get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. During this call:

    • I’ll answer any questions you may have.

    • We’ll explore how I can support you and what working together might look like.

  • After our initial call, if you feel comfortable and ready to begin, we’ll schedule your first online sessions. Therapy usually takes place once a week.

During the first four sessions, we will typically focus on:

    • Getting to know each other and building trust

    • Exploring what brings you to therapy and how I can support you

    • Defining clear goals for our work together, so you can feel grounded, motivated and supported throughout the process

  • Every therapeutic process is unique and tailored to your personal needs and goals. At the beginning, we will:

    • Define what you want to work on, taking into account your current situation and environment.

    • Review your progress every three months to adjust goals, refine our focus, and make sure the work continues to support your needs.

    During the sessions:

    • We’ll use therapeutic tools and approaches that encourage reflection, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of your experiences.

    • Each session is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and thoughts openly.

    • We move at your pace, respecting your timing and your process at every step.

FAQ

FAQ Psicologia, terapia
  • Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) cost €60, for both adults and adolescents.

  • During our first call, you’ll have space to share what brings you to therapy and what kind of support you’re looking for.
I may ask a few questions to better understand your experience, but you’re always free to share only what feels comfortable.
This call helps us see whether we’re a good fit and if my approach aligns with what you need.

  • Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences, emotions, and relationships shape your present.
Systemic therapy focuses on how you interact with your environment—family, partner, friends, work—and how those relational dynamics may influence your current difficulties.

Together, they allow us to work on both your inner world and the relationships around you, helping you understand yourself more deeply and build healthier ways of relating and coping.

  • The duration depends on your needs and goals.
Some people look for short-term support focused on a specific issue, while others benefit from a deeper, longer process to explore patterns, emotions, and relationships.

Although short-term therapy can be helpful, longer-term work often leads to more lasting change and integration.

  • Throughout the therapeutic process, we periodically review how you’re progressing toward the goals we set at the beginning.
Every 2–3 months, we do a progress review to reflect on what has changed, adjust or refine your goals based on your needs, and identify new areas to explore.
This keeps the therapy aligned with you—flexible, responsive, and supportive of your personal growth.

  • Yes. All sessions are completely confidential.
Anything you share remains private, within the legal and ethical limits designed to protect your safety and wellbeing.

  • That’s absolutely okay—and very common.
Together, we’ll explore your concerns, emotions, and life experiences to understand what feels most important right now.
From there, we’ll gradually define clear, meaningful goals for your process.

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Weekly sessions are recommended, especially during the first 2–3 months, to build continuity and support the therapeutic process.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.
This allows us to adjust your schedule or offer the time to someone else who may need it.
