About me
I am a clinical psychologist (MSc) with a relational and psychodynamic orientation, currently working in clinical practice with women and adults experiencing emotional distress, relational difficulties, trauma histories, and hormonally linked psychological symptoms.
I lived and worked in Berlin for over a decade, where my professional journey developed across diverse clinical and community settings, including prisons, addiction rehabilitation centres, and projects supporting migrants and people in vulnerable situations. These contexts deeply shaped my understanding of mental health as embedded in relationships, life histories, and social environments.
Alongside my clinical work, I specialise in women’s hormonal mental health, integrating psychological depth with a body-aware and cyclical perspective, and I continue advanced training in systemic psychotherapy under ongoing supervision.
